Richmond’s Public Art Advisory Committee has openings for volunteers who love public art and arts policy-making.
Members of this extraordinary committee, which meets once a month on 2nd Tuesdays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, will have an impact on the way Richmond looks, and how to bring stunning public art to our city.
You will have the opportunity to serve on public art selection panels, review public art proposals, and help oversee the city’s public art inventory.
We are especially looking for volunteers with backgrounds in engineering, construction, and design. These assets will complement the skills of the existing committee. But anyone with a keen interest in public art is welcome to apply. You do not need to be a Richmond resident.
